What payment options are available?

iPhone Tailor accepts Credit Card payment via Paypal. For more information on secure payment, please refer to our payment page.

 

Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

  • keeping track of your order's delivery status
  • changing or canceling the order
  • using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount

 

What shipping options are available?

Domestic Orders in Australia - Both Normal Shipping, as well as Express Shipping available via Australia Post.

International Orders outside Australia - Normal Shipping available, price varies based on destination.

 

How long it will take to receive the order?

Domestic Orders in Australia - Regular shipping normally take 2 to 6 business days (excluding order processing time). Express shipping can take up to 2 business days (excluding order processing time). For more information on delivery time, please refer to Australia Post website.

International Orders outside Australia can take up to 3 weeks depend on destination.

 

What is the iPhone Tailor Return Policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of your order payment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@iphonetailor.com.au and send your item to: PO Box 3161 Carlingford, NSW, 2118 Australia.

Does the item I purchased come with any Warranty?

iPhone Tailor provides a 200 days limited manufacturer warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.
